1 folder ; 14 5/8" x 11 3/4" Anderson Dana Hodgdon, Jr., Dorothy Hodgdon, Clara Hyatt Kent, and Tyler Kent sold Part of West Saint Mary's to J. Allan Coad. Clara Coad acquired the property from the sheriff in 1927. It was included in her will of 1941 and it appears J. A. Coad bought it from the heirs.
