September 5, 1902 George R. Slye, Justice of the Peace, directed Jack R. Graves, Constable, to produce Emma Young as a witness for Cornelius Young in a case of Young Vs. Stone. Mrs. Young was to come to Peter Hancock's store at 10:00 on September 10, 1902. The piece was folded twice and on one panel was written "Sum witness". The name of Bessie Stone was added as another person to be summoned, but it was crossed out. She likely had to have her own summons.
