Black and white 8"h x 10"w photo of the fenced plot containing the Rousby tomb in the back of the reconstruction of Susquehanna in Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. The tomb is a large rectangle raised slightly above ground and covered with a flat slab of stone. There is an elaborate wrought iron fence around the tomb. The house behind has a large interior chimney about a third of the way along the roof peak, four gable roofed dormers with six over six windows, and a shed roof over a full length front porch. An outside end chimney is on the right gable end. On the far left, there is a narrow door into the house, two six over six windows with dark shutters spread out in the wall space, another door, and another window. The roof is supported with six very simple posts. The photo is in a maroon deckle edge presentation folder. On cover page 2, Mr. Miller glued a typewritten description of the photo: "Susquehanna House Greenfield Village, Dearborn, Michigan This quaint early American home was built 300 years ago at the mouth of the Patuxent River, near the Chesapeake Bay, at Cedar Point, Maryland. It served for many years as the town meeting place and as the home of Christopher Rousby, the King's Collector of Customs in Maryland. Rear view showing Tomb of John and Christopher Rousby. August 12, 1953" signed in the matte, lower right
