Color photo from one gable end of Susquehanna, a cedar shake gable roof story and a half clapboard house with integral porches on each long axis. There is an inside chimney about one third of the way down the roof on the roof peak. There is another outside end chimney on the far gable end. There are four gable roofed dormers in this side of the roof, each with a six over six double hung window. There is a single narrow window that may have eight lights in the roof peak of the gable end. On the first floor there is one six over six double hung window with green or black shutters centered in the gable end and three similar windows across the long wall under the porch roof. There is one door with a transom window near the corner by the photographer and another about two thirds of the way down the wall. There is a small wood pile, some small containers and a wooden container on the porch. The five posts supporting the roof are rather plain. The porch floor is just a short way above the ground, supported on wood beams. The space looks ideal for small animals. There are wooden steps from the porch floor to the ground in front of each door. There is gravel around the house. The house appears to be freshly painted. The photographer was standing next to an outbuilding. There is a fenced air conditioning unit on a concrete pillow just outside of the gravel yard. The paperwork associated with the donation is with the photo.
