Color photo of what is probably the front of Susquehanna, a cedar shake gable roof story and a half clapboard house with integral porches on each long axis. There is an outside end brick chimney on the left gable end and a large brick chimney on the roof peak between the two roof gables on the right. There are four evenly spaced gable roofed dormers in the roof to provide light for the attic. There are dark shutters barely visible on the left gable end and four six over six double hung windows with dark shutters on the long wall under the porch roof. One window is so close to a door that there was no room for the second shutter. The door on the left is about one third of the way along the wall and the other door, with a transom window, is near the right corner of the building. The five posts supporting the roof are rather plain. The porch floor is just a short way above the ground, supported on wood beams. The space looks ideal for small animals. There are wooden steps from the porch floor to the ground in front of each door. There are five chairs, a long bench, and a high backed bench on the porch. There is gravel around the house. The house appears to be freshly painted. Behind the house on the left is a pyramid roofed pavilion. The paperwork associated with the donation is with the photo.
