3 1/2"h x 3 1/8"w black and white photo of the Oaks, the home of Dr. James Bunting in Budd's Creek. In this photo, the early part of the house is on the right, a typical story and a half cottage with a high sloping roof over a porch with a center door and two windows. The roof had a dormer with two six over six windows. On its left is a typical Victorian two story farmhouse with a gable roof, three six over six windows on the second floor, a hipped roof front porch, two windows on the first floor and the entry door on the right. There is an outside end chimney on the left gable end of the farmhouse and an outside end chimney on the right gable end of the older house. Power lines stretch to the second floor of the farmhouse. There is an elaborate wooden fence between the drive and the yard. There is a barn on the far left. The whole area is overgrown and desolate.
