To create this poster, a photograph of the side paddle wheel steamship St. Mary's is printed in intense yellow and blue ink, framed by a more royal blue band. The sharp outlines almost give the effect of a wood-cut. The heavy paper on which this is printed is an off-white color. In dark blue Victorian letters "THE ST MARY'S" is the title under the image. The next line, in a different font, says "PART OF OUR PROUD HERITAGE." The next lines, in yet another font, list the sponsors of the series: Maryland Bank & Trust Co., St. Mary's Creative Arts Forum, Children's Festival.Collection
