10"h x 8"w black and white photo of Captain Schumann placing the wreath in front of the monument. The photographer was out of position, so this view is of the side of the monument and the side of the Captain. The Maryland flag is in the left foreground. I believe Polly Barber is in the front row in dark glasses next to a woman in a fuzzy white hat and behind that same woman, also in dark glasses, was John Hanson Briscoe. There is a pair of small American flags stuck in the ground in front of the horizontal slab of stone. A member of either the VFW or American Legion was on the right.
