8"h x 10"w black and white photo of Chaplain Wheeler, Paul R. Raley, and Captain Schumann solemnly regarding the wreath. The podium had been removed. The view is across the water to the buildings beyond. The small wreath was in front of the monument, the two small flags were at the front of the monument's base, and the plaque was out in the grass. The American flag was on the left and the Maryland flag was on the right.
