Name/Title
Two women at the gateEntry/Object ID
1995.001.0164Description
Color negative showing 2 women standing outdoors in front of gate pillars. There is a 3rd woman partially visible on the extreme right. The two are next to each other with arms around each other's waists. The women appear to be quite well dressed; perhaps it is Sunday, a wedding or a funeral. The woman on the right has open-toed shoes. No hats. The weather is warm enough for short sleeves. The gate posts are probably about 5 feet tall with bases and caps larger than the vertical part of the posts. There are 3 sections to the posts with a significant indentation between each section. There is a 5 pointed star on the center section of each post. There is an addtional slender post near each concrete one that is supported by a horizontal rod embedded in the concrete posts. In the right rear a car is just visible.Collection
