Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of an unidentifed house near Great Mills. This is an abandoned building, with low walls, a large, gradually sloping roof, and two unequally sized outside end chimneys. The building does have a gable roof, but there are none of the dormers so often found. On the gable end, nearest the camera, is a slim chimney that just clears the roof peak. It does not seem to have space for a fireplace, but perhaps it is broken down. There is a window on its left. Between the two chimneys there appears to be a door and there may be an electric light over it. The right chimney is larger, but not dramatically so. On the face of the house under the eaves, the portion on the right is built out to the eaves and the portion on the left is set back so there is a covered porch. There is a window frame on the right, with all glazing gone, and another on the left in the same condition. I think there is a door just visible at the corner of the built-out portion. There is a small outside end chimney on the far gable end that just clears the roof peak. The peak of the roof is in very poor condition, but the rest of the roof is not so bad.
