5 3/4"h x 3 7/8"w sepia tone photo of a boy. He was seated on a large bloc of heavily carved plaster on a piece of fake fur. He was blond, with his hair parted on his right. He wasn't smiling, but he still looked pleasant. He wore a dark sailor suit with a gold anchor embroidered on the shirt. His jacket had French cuffs and there were buckles at his knees. The ensemble was completed by dark stockings and high button shoes. There is no identification for this child. On the bottom panel was "Parker Washington, D.C." in silver script.
