5 1/2"h x 3 5/8"w sepia tone photo of an older girl, possibly around 11. She had light hair pulled off her face. Her hair was quite long, reaching nearly to an elbow. She was standing on a light patterned carpet with her right arm bent onto the top of an upholstered chair. She had a fan in her left hand. Her dress had long sleeves, a high neck, deep smocking on the front, and heavy blousing over the skirt. The skirt was gathered and fell just below her knees. There was narrow trim around the sleeves near the wrist and three strips of trim near the bottom of the skirt. There was something hanging off her waist that may have been a floppy beret with trim to match the dress. She wore dark stockings and button shoes that appeared to come just to her ankles. The bottom panel said, "Wephen's 493 Penna. Avenue Washington, D.C."
