5 5/8"h x 4 3/8"w tintype of the same family as in 2018.003.0064. The group is on porch steps with plants on stands on either side of them. There are three people in the back row, three people in the middle row, one seated man with a huge black beard, a dog, and a small boy in the front. The dog next to the seated man chose the wrong moment to move his head. The girl on the right has appeared in other photos. The seated man may not be well--his legs are so thin! He may have epaulets on his shoulders, so maybe he was a veteran. This is a large tintype. The image is also on p. 9 of the scrapbook contents.
