3 3/4"h x 2 1/4"w Tintype of a young man. He had very dark hair and was very slim. The backdrop was very plain and did not make it easy to see his face. He had on some sort of uniform with a sergeant's stripes and a small, low crowned hat with no brim. The coat had a stand up collar and three rows of buttons down the front. He had something in his hands that may have been a flute and there may have been a wedding ring on his left hand.
