5 3/4"h x 3 7/8"w sepia tone photo of a woman. She was looking to her right. She had curly hair with a center part pulled back behind her head, with curls on her forehead. Her dark dress had a stand collar fastened with a bar pin. She had simple earrings in her pierced ears. There were at least four covered buttons down the center front of her bodice. The dress may have had a dark plain yoke, with patterned material below, but the photo is so faded, it is impossible to tell. The bar pin is the same as the that worn by Unknown woman 3, so this is either that woman some years older or a sister. The panel at the bottom of the board had text in dark gold "Perkins" on the left and "103 W. Baltimore St. Baltimore" on the right. The text is badly faded.
