This is two documents glued together. The first document lists the terms of the rent of a pair of mules for 12 months and is signed by Benjamin and Richard Bond. The September document says Richard Bond will return the farm, Upper Grampion, to Jerre Herbert, along with wheat, oat straw, mules, and the profits of the fruit. The 2 documents are fastened together with an Internal Revenue stamp for 20 cents.Collection
