1 document ; 16"w x 9 15/16" h In the presence of R. J. Colton, William Norris, Ann Maria Norris, and John M. Goldsmith agreed they owed Richard H. Garner $50.00. However, they also listed livestock they said was withheld from them by Richard Garner, trustee of William Wood Garner. I believe the verbiage says that if they enforce a judgment against Mr. Garner for the livestock and then give it back to him, the debt of $50.00 will be considered paid. Walter L. Dent also approved the document.
