On the verso, on the right, a note tells of judgment rendered on April 22, 1878 for $ 50 plus $1.00 in costs. On the left, in pencil, on the same date, "Mr. W. L. Dent will please enter a judgment on the within note," signed by R. P. Blakistone, M.D.
