Washington Street in Leonardtown looking north 2Entry/Object ID
1995.001.1723Description
4"h x 6"w black and white photo showed Washington Street in Leonardtown looking north from the square. There were tall trees on each side of the dirt road. In the right foreground, a power pole with three cross members and a transformer were visible, as were the wires above the street. A white box fence surrounded the trunk of a tree in the immediate right foreground. Horses and a wagon were visible in the distance on the right. The houses on the left seemed to be right up to the road. There was a horse and carriage dimly visible in the middle on the left. This was a photo of a postcard made to be used in a Chronicles issue.
