Description
4"h x 5 7/8"w color photo of a the board room in the west wing of the White House at Charlotte Hall School. The room had a large fireplace with a narrow mantle. There was dull blue molding and wainscoting on all the walls. I cannot account for the difference in color of the molding between the previous picture and this one. A large mirror with a bronze frame hung over the fireplace. There were andirons and some fire tools in front of the firebox. There was a nine over nine double hung window on the left and one on each side of the fireplace. Seven chairs were visible around the table and against the walls. A small circular piece of crochet work was on the table. There appeared to be a window seat under each of the windows by the fireplace.
