Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Whitehall in Leonardtown. This is a large two and a half story house that appears to be rather decrepit. It has a gable roof with two large, widely spaced chimneys on the near gable end, but no visible chimneys on the opposite end. There is a six over six window with dark shutters on each floor to the right of the right hand chimney. The large front porch has a gable roof at right angles to the house. There are four large pillars creating a three bay porch that is one bay deep. There are four steps to the porch on the far side. Two windows and a door are dimly visible under the porch roof. On the second floor are three large windows with dark shutters. There are two dormers on the roof with six over six windows. Barely visible through the shrubbery is a one story addition on the back of the house. It has its own chimney.
