3 3/8"h x 5 7/8"w black and white photo of the Wicomico River from the Goldsmith place in Charles County. A small part of a brick gable end is visible. It is painted white from the ground to about twelve brick courses above the eave. There is a simple wood and chicken wire fence between the photographer and the house. On the right, the land appears to drop off. There is a worm fence at the edge and several trees. Two men and a small boy are looking at something behind the fence; perhaps it is a pen of some kind.
