Bill of sale transferring ownership of the steamboat Midland from the Norfolk and Washington Steamboat Company to the Colonial Navigation Company (based in New York). The vessel was sold for $1 on April 1, 1924. Midland was formerly named the Newport News, with the name having changed on September 11th, 1919. First built in 1895.
