Set of three first day cancelled envelopes with stamp depicting the steamer Phoenix 1809. The envelopes are cancelled with the mark of Parkersburg WV Station 26101 July 12 90. Mark includes the wording100th anniversary Delta Queen Company and America's River Heritage Trail.
