Description

A framed black and white copy of a photo of the steamboat "Lexington" docked at the wharf. It is a rather close up view showing the pilot house and the loading door. There are three steveadores loading filled sacks. The frame is narrow black metal and the picture is covered with plastic. The framed piece measures 16¼ inches by 20¼ inches. The Lexington is one of the last steamboats captained by Archie Long to run on the Rappahannock River.
