Marvel Shipbuilding Built At: Newburg, NY Built For: Old Dominion Steamship Company Official Number: 92955 Length: 180.2 feet Beam: 28.7 feet Depth of Hold: 10.1 feet Gross Tons: 610 gross, 352 nete Propulsion: Sidewheel Hull: Steel Purchased by: Sold to the Keansburg Steamboat Company in 1921. Officers: Purser W. M. Holmes Route: Between Norfolk and Mathews and Gloucester counties. Norfolk, Fort Monroe and Hampton Was used on the Rappahannock River at one time. In the summertime, Mobjack was also used to run excursions from Mobjack Bay landings to Norfolk for a day of sightseeing and shopping, returning before midnight. Captains: Captain T. M. Southgate in 1899, Captain Caffee in 1908 Disposition: Scrapped 1940.
