Bought by the Tolchester Company in 1885 and used for excursions from Baltimore to Tolchester Beach. Sold in 1925 to Boston, New York & Southern Steamship Company and renamed Express. Truitt in 1890 Later Name: Express Comments: 1885, 5 May; The Baltimore Sun reported that the Edison Electric Light Company made a contract with the Tolchester Steamboat Company for lighting the steamer Louise with incandescent lights. Originally operated in the Gulf of Mexico. On the night of 29 July 1890, she collided with VIRGINIA of the Baltimore Steam Packet Company. Disposition: Sank in 1933 while being operated as a night club.
