Bill of sale transferring owner ship of the Steamer Norfolk from the Norfolk and Washington Steamboat Company to an individual named Frank M. Dunbaugh. It is noted the steamer was a screw vessel and that it was of 1248 gross lbs. The Bill of sale is dated April 9th, 1910. Found in envelope 2024.35.048
