Postcard showing a busy street with horse-drawn wagons and is titled Commercial Place, Norfolk, VA. In the white space on the right side is written, "Mrs. Rafords boy is a lot better. I hope you will come down real soon. Can't you. Obverse is addressed to Miss Daisy Atkins, Myrtle Va. Postcard bears a one cent stamp and the cancellation mark reads Norfolk, VA Sep 25 6:30 PM 1908. Correspondence reads, "Sept 24 08, I rec'd your card oK. If it is convenient you can send the pattern next week. What are you doing this pretty weather I would certainly like to see you. Love to you and your mother. Sincerly, A. H.". Manufactured by C. E. Wheelock & Co., Peoria, Ill and Leipzig. Made in Germany.
