Description

Tree planting/ribbon cutting ceremony at the entrance to Village Green I. Web Otis is holding the green ribbon that encircles the small tree (supported with one hand by Ginny Otis) in a cement planter. Standing in front of the stone entrance looking on is Bill Scott (center) in a white chef's jacket clapping, Michael Knowlton (right) in sunglasses with his hands in his jeans pocket, and Michael Mitchell in a wheelchair. The hillside is dark behind them but the sky is deep blue with wispy clouds.
