Epperson family and unidentified friends kneel or stand in front of the "Sand Castle" on the beach, which is apparently under construction. It is a brick building with 3 windows and a dark automobile is parked next to it. Location: in front of and between Calle del Pradero and Calle del Sierra. There are 8 people in the photo but only 4 names are given: Teresa, Marge, Mary and Frank (mom and dad). Dad and a young boy (both in swim trunks) stand ready to play ball on the right of the photo. Dad with the mitt and boy with the bat pulled back over his shoulder. A shaggy dog walks behind them. I presume it's mom Mary in pedal pushers, Hawaiian shirt, bowl cap standing with her hands in her pockets on the far left. Everyone else is kneeling (one girl in swimsuit is sitting in front of everyone else). This includes two girls (a blond and brunette) in white and an older white-haired gentleman in coveralls.Collection
