B&W beach scene where a long rail-car looking building with signs along its roof edge that say Sea Downs, as well as an office sign and a refreshment/ice cream sign. Wooden steps lead from the building to the beach. Sunbathers are sitting or lying on the sand and many people are congregating on the steps.
