Description

This black and white photograph is taken looking down the length of a beach with the ocean on the left and a building on the dunes on the right. The camera is askew so the horizon line is at an angle. There is a low ridge along the horizon line (Bolinas Ridge). There are fence posts enclosing the dunes and the building (Dipsea Lodge). There is a scattering of people in the water and sitting or lying on the beach (Beach on Bolinas Bay). The sky is overcast.
