This black and white photo is of a stretch of sand with the ocean shore beyond. Therre are naval ships lined up beyond the breakers. Three figures can be seen down by the water's edge. The sky is overcast. There are some dark slashes in the middle ground of the photo and a white spot that could be the sun shining through the fog or a chemical blemishj.
