In this black and white photograph three people pose outdoors on a hillside. Two figures recline in front of a seated man. The figure on the left, on a blanket or quilt, is a man dressed as a woman in harem costume with a voluminous skirt, a bra consisting of a halter with two medalions attached and a head band with two medalions attached on each side, over the ears. The figure on the right is a barechested man in a grass skirt. These two are lying head to head in exotic poses. The man seated behind them is in a checked tunic. He is slumped in his chair and holds a liquor bottle in one hand. He has a tiny crown perched jauntily on his head. It is a theatrical production of some sort.Collection
