World War II type fire truck in front of the Fire Station next to the Community Center (at the corner of Belvedere Avenue and Highway 1). Stinson Beach Fire Dept. is stenciled on its hood. A siren is mounted on the fender above the headlight (shown on the left side). Two additional small lights are mounted in front of the windshield and a large search-light at its left edge. The male driver has a white cap, turtleneck pullover and a light jacket and slacks. Robert Airey stands beside the truck resting his hand on tubes attached to the side of the truck. Lloyd Roach at the wheel. Hoses are wound on a spool in the bed of the truck. Three automobiles are parked across the street and two houses are visible - a wooden one with windows sits quite close to the street, and a white 2-story sits higher up on the hill surrounded by foliage.
