Description

A black and white photograph of the Over Hanging Rock and a land slide on the ocean side of the Highway 1. The Over Hanging Rock were so dangerous that the students on the school bus bound for Tamalpais High School had to get off the bus to let the bus go around the rock safely. In this photo the small land slide formed in front is barricaded with a sawhorse and 2x4s. See 1993-199.
