A black and white photograph of 3 runners standing in front of the sign, Airey's Store. The runners are all men and wear white sleeveless t-shirts and white shorts. The man on the left's shirt has a logo "Y" in a octagon and he has a runner number 3 tag pinned below the logo. He has his hands clasped on his back. His shorts are slit in front of the trunk to make running easier. The man on the center also has his hands behind and he has number 7 pinned on his white shirt. The tallest man on the left has a shirt with an inverted triangle logo and has his hands in front. They might have been the winners. An Airey's Store sign projects out from its building and extends to the highway. It is supported by a post with a couple of diamond shaped boards attached. Beneath the large sign another smaller sign is attached that says, Fresh Meats. There is a circular sign of Red Crown Gasoline below it near the ground. An electrical pole stands in the distance to the left. The Hotel Airey and Store building stands behind the men. There are a few other people also in the background, by the roadside and on the porch.Collection
