The upper part of this page shows a photo copy of installment note the foursome, William Fox, Edith Fox, Don Mull, Audrey Mull, signed to purchase the house next door to the Moreland's. Audrey Mull is a daughter of Moreland's. The amount was $2000 and the note stipulated that they pay $50.00 monthly. The lower caption tells the story of how Fox's withdraw from the deal and left Mull's to be the owner of the house.
