Description

7 photographs of the Point Reyes Library wall show put up by SBHS. This show was originally displayed on the James Grant Art Wall of the Stinson Beach Library co-sponsored by SBHS and Friends of Bolinas Stinson Beach Libraries. It included 15 historic photographs of the Grateful Dead group by Peter Simon, a photographer from the LA area, and 15 enlarged photographs of illustrated envelopes addressed to GDTSTOO in Stinson Beach, which handled the mail-order tickets sales for the Grateful Dead and its off shoot groups. This show coincided with the fundraising event of 9/12/2015 by SBHS, "Making Waves, the Music Scene of Stinson Beach from 1960s to Present". This exhibit was from Oct.1 to Nov.30 of 2015.
