In what looks like downtown Stinson, pipes are being laid alongside a rushing stream of water. Two people are digging a trench where the stream curves. Beyond them along the roadside a couple of men stand beside a long length of pipe. To the right of them is a utility truck. Then there are power poles and a two-story house, lower half white and upper dark color. To the left of that are more people standing under a canope(?).Collection
