Scope and Content

Kendrick recalls moving from SF to Stinson in the early '70s, buying the Sand Dollar from Bob Hanlon & Al Engel and becoming part of the volunteer Fire Dept. He mentions the Proctor Jone fire in Seadrift and expounds on the storm in March '83, and the townspeople coming together to help. He regales with tales of his bet with Commander Cody, times spent with Col. White and Richard Brautigan and Jack Richardson. Now retired, he expresses appreciation for his restaurant crew and his fire/ambulance corps volunteers.
