Scope and Content

Bobbie lived 42 years in Stinson until 1990 but began coming here as a child. Then moved here permanently for health reasons. She recalls George Flynn and how she organized his "Appreciation Day." She explains how she became involved with the Wildflower Show and how that evolved into a catering business for the rich and famous. She recalls Halloween and Easter events, sons & mothers baseball games, the oil spill, and her time with the Allied Arts. She describes an early Stinson Beach and some of its special characters.
