Scope and Content

Norman Staub interviews Fred Conradi and Bill Tacherra who happened to come by. Talks about coming home from Korean War and stationed at the radar station on Mt. Tamalpais. He worked at Sea Downs on weekend. Talks about Sea Downs, Kent developing Seadrift and the causeway built about the time, 1958. Talks about George Leonard and the water company. He and his wife and family lived in the Stinson Beach Ranch which was owned by George Leonard and describe the various buildings there. ' Toward the end of tape Bill Tacherra comes by and he was interviewed. He talks about George Leonard, the White Gate Ranch and Jose Silva's mom who lived there. Jose became the fire chief of Bolinas.
