Jane Slack sits at the head of the table in her glass-enclosed dining room where the library volunteers are gathered. She is looking and smiling at Valerie Houlihan on the right. Hillary Lorraine sits in the shadow on the left. The table holds two large yellow flower arrangements. White placemats hold dark cups and clear glasses.
