03/18/1943 Marin Journal obituary anouncing death of Judge Charles H.Upton in Ross at age of 71. Judge Upton was born in Point Reyes, the son of Rose and James Wallace Upton. James Upton was the partner of Nathan Stinson. Rose married Nathan Stinson after James Upton's death. Archie Upton inherited 1/4 of Nathan Stinson's estate and developed Upton Tent City, Charles Robinson Tract, and gifted Marin County the Upton Beach.Collection
