Scope and Content

This is a hard copy made from the Seadrift Realty website advertising the house when it was on the market in 2016 for $1,195,000. The16-page ad has 17 photographs and a location map in addition to the descriptions of this unique structure designed by local architect, Valentino Agnoli, who also built it with then owner, Paul Pohelman, in mid 1970s. The house was on Bay Area AIA guide for many years and was published in many national and international architectural magazines.
