Scope and Content

This is the project report of Wastwater Collection, Treatment and Disposal (Sewer Plan) prepared for Stinson Beach County Water District by Brown and Caldwell Consulting Engineers in San Francisco on April 1972. This 78 page report include proposed plans and drawing for sewer collection, construction of plant and disposal of treated wastwater by spray irrigation. Effluent was collected from individual houses and brought to treatment system on old White Gate Ranch pond area. This idea was voted down by the community and SBCWD had developed the present system of individual sewer (Septic tank and leach field).
