There are two groups of people on the sand beach in the foreground. The dunes, covered with dune grass, rise behind them and beyond that are three cottages in a row, with the rooftop of the last one barely visible. The mountain rises in the background with a couple other structures set into the hillside. The cottages, known as the Sea Down Cottages, were built in 1940 and designed by Oren Jenkins.Collection
